Bubba Fish is a Big Mouth Billy Bass clone which originated from China. He sings "Take Me to the River" and "Don't Worry, Be Happy", but the recordings he uses are different than Big Mouth Billy Bass. The fish itself looks a lot like Billy, albeit the colors aren't the same.

- On the front of his box, there is a typo of "rare catch" that reads instead, "race catch".
- Though he is a bass, his box and nameplate do not say he is.
- His lip movement is messed up, since he simply moves his lips up and down over and over until his head goes down. Also, his tail movement is a bit faster than usual.
- Other versions of this fish have Billy's colours and/or recordings, and there's a "Large Mouth" Lou clone where his nameplate says "Bubba Fish".
- There's some more clones of this fish where the nameplate either says "Bubbu Fish" or "BouBou Fish".
- An alligator version was also made.
